Courier & Delivery Partners

All user orders are shipped securely through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only, ensuring the safety and preservation of your valuable purchase.

Dispatch & Timelines

Orders are typically dispatched/shipped between 2-7 days from the date of the order placement and/or receipt of payment. Alternatively, delivery timelines will adhere to the specific delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company or postal authority norms.

Limitation of Liability: The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We will, however, assist in tracking and escalating delays to our logistical partners.

Delivery Address & Confirmation

Delivery of all orders will be made directly to the delivery address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure all address details, contact numbers, and zip codes are accurate to avoid delays.

Confirmation of delivery of our services will be sent to the email ID specified during registration or checkout. Tracking links and dispatch details will also be shared via email once the parcel leaves our facility.

Shipping Charges

If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same are strictly non-refundable in case of any cancellation, return, or exchange.
